Halloween, 2006

Sergeant Renee` Kelley decorated her patrol unit for children on Halloween Night with spooks and ghouls. While patrolling the streets during the dark evening hours, with ghosts in the back seat and skulls light up on the rear dash along with eerie music playing from the vehicle, she passed out candy and goodies in all Oakland neighborhoods and subdivisions. Children and adults both got a real kick from her display and generosity.
