The Planning & Zoning Department preforms a variety of services to safeguard the integrity and essence of the Town of Oakland by administering the Town’s Land Development Code.

 

The Town of Oakland has contracted Wade Trim to serve as the Planning & Zoning Department for the Town. Wade Trim sits offsite in Tampa, Florida.

  • All Invoiced Planning Fees should be paid via check, made out to the Town of Oakland.
