Section 46-39 of the Code of Ordinances
Recreational vehicles may be stored, unoccupied, in any zoning district subject to the following:
- In residential districts, a recreational vehicle may be parked on the rear half of the lot at least ten feet from side lot lines and five feet from rear lot lines.
- The recreational vehicle shall be owned by the owner or occupant of the lot when stored in a residential district.
- Permits for storing unoccupied recreational vehicles shall be required from the zoning department.
- Recreational vehicles may not be stored or parked on commercial or industrial property unless within a parking area that has been designated for such vehicles on an approved site plan.
